Use it over HTTP

  2. You get HTTP 402. The base64 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header lists the price, network (eip155:8453) and pay-to address.
  3. Sign a USDC payment with any x402 client and retry with the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. You get the JSON result.
